UK Delivery Options
UK orders for delivery to a UK address only have three delivery options – home delivery, free club delivery* or free collection from our warehouse. Please see below for further information about UK delivery options.
We try to aim to dispatch all goods we have in stock as quickly as possible regardless of the delivery service selected, and if possible within 10 working days.
Home Delivery
This is our standard delivery option, unless specifically instructed (see below) the site will automatically provide this service. Our usual delivery service is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, however on occasions a courier company (APC Overnight) will be used. All courier parcels will require a signature on delivery to ensure a safe traceable receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign for your parcel a calling card will be left for you to arrange collection/redelivery in the usual way. If you have special requests regarding leaving your parcel in a secure place please include these in the “special instructions” when proceeding with your order we will do our best to ensure our carriers adhere to these instructions.
*Free Club Delivery
(PLEASE NOTE FOR CLUBS DURING OFF SEASON CLUB DELIVERIES WILL TAKE CONSIDERABLY LONGER TO DELIVER) By arrangement we can collate orders for a single club and deliver to an available representative. Please only select this option if you are certain that your club is running this facility. Your items will then be dispatched with a number of other CLUB deliveries to your Club representative. Please note - this can take longer than the 10 working day delivery as we deliver to clubs when we have bulk orders for that club. It then becomes your responsibility to collect your parcel from them. Please ensure that you provide as much detail as possible (pupil name/class/age/squad etc) on your order (please use the special instructions section of the order form) so that your delivery can be carried out as quickly as possible.
Split delivery
On rare occasions, we may need to split the delivery of your order into parts based on stock availability. If you have requested club delivery the back ordered items we will sent via the club representative as per your original order. For orders with home delivery these items will be delivered via Royal Mail Signed for Post. Once again, please ensure that as many details (pupil name/class/age etc) are provided in the special instructions section of the order from so that your delivery can be carried out as quickly as possible.
Collection from our Reception
Our showroom in Manston is open between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Missing Items from order
On receiving your order you find there are items missing that you have not been notified about either on the delivery note or prior to receiving your items you need to contact us within 7 days to inform us of any missing items.
Returns & Exchanges
On receiving your goods, should you discover that you require an alternative size of garment to the one originally ordered, we will exchange it for the correct size, however if your garment has been personalised we are unable to exchange so please ensure you have selected the correct size before ordering and use the size charts provided. Our showroom in Manston is open between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
To exchange your item(s) simply send a note with your instructions in the parcel and post it with the item(s) to Pacific Drift Returns, Unit 113 Maple Leaf Business Park, Manston, CT12 5GY. Our showroom in Ramsgate is open between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Please note, that if you require a senior size in a product which was originally ordered as a junior item you will also need to include a cheque for any difference in cost. Your exchanged item will then be posted to your home address as soon as stock is available. There is no further charge for carriage for returned goods.
Refunds
You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled within seven (7) working days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk. If your goods have been personalised then we are unable to offer a refund.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund/replacement via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.
